SMALL BATCH · CALISTOGA
The Wines
Each vintage is made in quantities small enough that every bottle matters.
Sauvignon Blanc
Bright tropical pineapple and citrus with a grassy lift, balanced by Calistoga's natural acidity.
From a quarter-acre block at the base of Mt. St. Helena, where obsidian surfaces in the volcanic soil. Picked at night and pressed at dawn, fermented cold in stainless steel to lock in its aromatics, then rested six months in neutral French oak for a rounder, mouth-filling texture that stays refreshing.

Sauvignon Blanc
Natural acidity and tons of energy. Slightly grassy with notes of pineapple and melon.
Crisp and vibrant, this Sauvignon Blanc reflects the unique terroir of Calistoga — a warmer AVA known for producing whites with depth and richness alongside lively acidity. Fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness.

Petite Sirah
Full bodied and tannic with notes of raspberry and cocoa nibs.
Born from the contrast of Calistoga's cool foggy mornings and blazing afternoon heat, this Petite Sirah is dense, structured, and built to age. Dark fruit, hints of violet, and a long, grippy finish that rewards patience.

Cabernet Sauvignon
100% new French oak. A structured, age-worthy Calistoga Cabernet from one of the appellation's most prized sites.
Sourced from Heritage School Vineyard in Calistoga, this is our most ambitious wine to date. Aged in 100% new French oak, it will reward years in the cellar. Only 50 cases produced.
